產品概況

急性淋巴細胞白血病

此探針用于核型正常的前驅B細胞ALL（BCP-ALL）患者分子分型檢測，與預后差相關。如上述“B-others ALL”描述，MEF2D,ZNF384和DUX4為“B-others ALL”新鑒定出來的新的融合基因亞型。2015年，發表在的研究顯示，55例不伴有上述染色體異常的患者進行NGS測序，發現了其中2例伴有EP300-ZNF384融合。作者在346例BCP-ALL中鑒定出了4例此融合基因，這些患者都不伴有上述常規核型異常。
